Ultra High Strength Sucker Rod
¡¤ Designed to be used with moderate to heavy loads in non-corrosive or effectively inhibited wells. The ultra high strength sucker rod is using AISI 4130 special alloy steel to manufacture.
¡¤ Compared with Grade D, Ultra High Strength Sucker Rod has higher tensile strength (965~1195 MPa), surface hardness (HRC¡Ý42) and surface residual compress stress (¡Ü-200MPa). Also the rods provide with higher fatigue strength.
¡¤ The unique of the ultra high strength sucker rod is that the rod has a thin compression layer 10-15% at the rod surface that remains under compression even under normal operating tensile loads.
